What is outpatient assisted living?
Our outpatient assisted living offers targeted support for people who need help in their everyday lives. This offer is aimed at adults who, due to an illness or impairment, have difficulty participating in community life and managing their everyday lives independently.
Who is the help for?
Our help is aimed at people who need support due to, for example, addiction problems, depression, psychosis, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma or other special social problems and chronic illnesses or impairments.
We offer support in the native language, especially for migrants and immigrants. Our services currently include Turkish, Russian and Polish.
We offer outpatient assisted living in the districts of Hameln-Pyrmont and the Hanover region.

How can you get help?
Outpatient assisted living is a service under the Social Code (Section 53 SGB XII in conjunction with Section 2 SGB IX and the regulation under Section 60 SGB XII and in accordance with Section 67/68 SGB XII). The assistance can be applied for as integration assistance at the responsible integration office (in the district of Hameln Pyrmont: Office for Youth and Inclusion).
